Hi friends!

It’s been a little quiet around here, so I wanted to give you a quick update.

Life has been busy lately. Between launching a new business and dealing with a few health issues, this project had to take a back seat for a while.

But we’re finally getting back into the kitchen.

Our next stop is Albania, and we’ll be making a traditional Albanian Christmas dinner. I’m really looking forward to diving into a new country’s recipes and sharing the experience with all of you.

Thank you for sticking with me while life got in the way for a bit. I’m excited to get Cooking the Atlas back on track.
