In this first video, I explain the heart behind this project—and the rules I’m holding myself to. I’m cooking one full meal (main dish, dessert, and drink) from every country in the world, alphabetically. No shortcuts. Just traditional recipes, authentic techniques, and a whole lot of curiosity.
Also? I don’t love being on camera. But I’m doing it anyway—because this adventure felt too good not to share.
It’s going to be delicious, messy, and probably a little chaotic. But that’s half the fun.
